Cal Poly to Host Job Fair and Hiring Event May 21 to Fill More Than 65 Positions
SAN LUIS OBISPO – Cal Poly will host a Job Fair and Hiring Event on Saturday, May 21, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. to immediately fill more than 65 positions in communications, administrative support, custodial, facilities/trades, dining and other areas across campus.
The Job Fair will take place on the Cal Poly campus in the Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL), No. 7. Complimentary parking is available for attendees.
Full and part-time positions are available. Job seekers are encouraged to come prepared for potential on-site interviews. Some select roles will also receive same-day offers and sign-on bonuses.
“We had a fantastic turnout for our first Job Fair and Hiring Event this past fall, so we are excited to offer this opportunity again to prospective Cal Poly employees,” said Samson Blackwell, Cal Poly senior director of talent acquisition and workforce planning. “Applicants can apply and interview on-site for a wide range of positions across multiple units and departments at Cal Poly, including Campus Dining, College of Engineering, Facilities, Housing and more.”
