MEDIA ADVISORY: Cal Poly Engineering Project Expo to be Held May 27

SAN LUIS OBISPO — Cal Poly’s College of Engineering will host the Engineering Project Expo from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday, May 27, in various locations on campus.

What: Engineering Project Expo
The Engineering Project Expo will feature more than 200 individual and team projects from nine engineering departments. The displays and hands-on demonstrations represent the culmination of one to two years of student-led project innovation.

The event will give visitors a look at some of the inventions and visions from Cal Poly’s newest generation of engineers. A Club Hub will feature award-winning team projects, and — new this year — an Entrepreneur Zone will display student innovations developed for marketability.

Where: The Engineering Plaza, the Bonderson Projects Center (Building 197), and the Advanced Technology Lab (Building 7).
