Cal Poly Greek Week Committee to Present Donations
to Community Partners May 3
SAN LUIS OBISPO – The Cal Poly Greek Week committee plans to announce all philanthropy successes and beneficiaries at 11:40 a.m. Thursday, May 3, in the University Union Plaza on campus.
After a long week of service and philanthropy, Greek Week coordinators are inviting all community beneficiaries to come to campus to formally receive their donations.
Beneficiaries in attendance will include the Lucia Mar School District; Head Start Program – CAP SLO; Maxine Lewis Homeless Shelter, Family Care Network, and the Food Bank Coalition of San Luis Obispo.
Other beneficiaries of Greek Week fundraising and service included Growing Grounds, United Blood Services, SLO Botanical Gardens and the Prado Day Center.
