Kennedy Library to Host ‘M:OME’ Exhibition Oct. 27 - Dec. 15

SAN LUIS OBISPO – Cal Poly’s Robert E. Kennedy Library will be the site of an exhibition of architecture, furniture and product design titled “M:OME – Modern Sustainable Living” from Oct. 27 to Dec. 15.

Featuring the work of Cal Poly Architecture Department faculty members Tom Di Santo and Laura Joines-Novotny, the exhibition will include architectural designs, process drawings, watercolor renderings, furniture, and lifestyle product design, all incorporating proven sustainable technologies.

Special Collections Curator Catherine J. Trujillo is organizing exhibition, which will be situated in the Learning Commons of Kennedy Library, located on the second floor. The exhibition will be free and open to the public.

An opening reception will take place Oct. 27 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. The public will have an opportunity to meet the designers of M:OME, a local architectural firm dedicated to sustainable building, on Nov. 8 from 4 to 5 p.m.
