Ski Movie Showing Nov. 30 at Cal Poly Benefits Local School Arts Program
SAN LUIS OBISPO -- Filmmaker Warren Miller's "Higher Ground" extreme snow skiing movie will be shown in a benefit screening at Cal Poly Wednesday, Nov. 30.
The show begins at 7 p.m. in the Spanos Theatre in the Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and are on sale now at the Performing Arts Center Ticket Office, 756-2787, or online at www.pacslo.org.
The evening includes drawings for lift tickets, season passes to Sierra Summit, snow gear and more, thanks to co-sponsors Mountain Air Sports, Sierra Summit Mountain and Clear Channel Radio.

The event is a benefit for YOPAC -- Youth Outreach Services for the Performing Arts Center. The local youth arts program allows 20,000 Central Coast school children to see shows at the PAC every year, and perform in local school productions at the Christopher Cohan Center.
